In these days of quick and hurry, we rarely have time to take stock of our overall health, until we are forced so to do.  When that time comes upon us we are then in a hurry to find a doctor, physician, or healer that will give us their full attention, patience and the benefit of their education. To add to this list we hope the person we choose is not biased, prejudice or swayed by the pharmaceutical conglomerates. After trolling the web and vetting referrals, we came across the perfect physician. One who actively listens, ask relevant questions and explains each step in the treatment process. That physician was Dr. Dean. 

What was important to us was that she works with us as a whole person, taking into account our way of life and our interactions. She was able to treat not just the actual pain but get to the root cause. Unlike most past physicians, she was not quick with the prescription pad or the scalpel. The treatment of body and mind has always been the hallmark of good medical treatment. To find one Physician that can ensure this, is like finding a pearl. My Family thanks you Dr. Dean.

July 2005, should have been one of the happiest day of my life due to the birth a beautiful baby girl. Only 2-3 weeks after birth, she had red splotches on her face, behind her knees, and her bottom. The crying was nonstop, constant nursing was all I could do to stop the crying. Her skin resembled alligator skin, including her scalp.  Full disclosure, I even resorted to rubbing the splotches to get her to fall asleep. The doctors said “oh it’s just eczema, some babies suffer with it.” They prescribed me steroids to ease the itching. To make matters worse my daughter was lagging on the standard developmental growth charts. Also due to the constant crying and sleepless nights there was some discord into the home. 

I went to see Dr. Aminah Dean and peace was bestowed to my beautiful child, myself, and my family. My daughter was suffering from wheat sensitivity which caused all her issues. Dr. Aminah instructed me to stop eating anything with wheat in it, I was a nursing mom. I was also taught by the wonderful Dr. Aminah how to make the necessary grease and cream, needed to bring my child’s skin back to beauty. After her intake of wheat stopped, she was no longer behind in her development. Moreover, she surpassed the standardize chart and continue to flourish. I cannot thank Dr. Aminah enough for what she done for my child.

I had a great learning experience at your Herbal Remedy class/workshop. I wanted to know how to make living herbs into medicine that could be used for my health. I've been in the herb growing business professionally for over 40 years but never understood how to use them for remedies. The plant monographs that you presented were extremely thorough and communicated these plants with a complete description showing images of plants and their active parts.The hands on preparation and processing of the actual plants was explained and demonstrated for us all to try. You had everything that was needed to process these herbs and your staff was friendly and helpful as well. 

You provided us with take away information I could use and much more. Thank you for what you offered. I came away feeling confident that I could continue on my Herbal journey!

I called Dr. Aminah Dean because my children (4, 5 & 14) were getting sick.   One of the things she gave me to take, was to help them boost their immune system. The other was for me to have on hand if they got something, so it wouldn't last long.  

She also has a winter package that we use because that is when most kids get colds and are around others (classmates) who come to school not well.  Also due to germs breeding inside the warm house.

  One of the things I like about Dr. Aminah is that no matter what my issue is, she has something for my whole family.  I would recommend her for any issue, give her a call, email, text or whatever because she is very knowledgeable and seems to have the answer to whatever the problem is.
